The latest Market Action Report is out from RMLS and it shows that inventory has dropped, and listings are up! This means that the market is starting to pick up. Prices are still low as are interest rates but they can't remain there for long. This is the time to take advantage of the many programs out there for buying a home.
Many sellers who have prepared themselves and their homes for the selling process are finding multiple offers because they have taken the time to make the home ready for the new owner. How do you do this you ask, you detach yourself from the home, you start de-cluttering and packing. You want your house to appear ready for the "Better Homes and Gardens" photographer to come and put your house on the cover. Then it is ready for the new buyer and you are prepared to make your next move. Call me and I will be glad to assist you in the process.
